Stubborn Insomnia 頑固性失眠 

 

Translated by: Joe Hing Kwok Chu   (in English and Chinese 中英文)

 

Stubborn insomnia:

xiao ji 6 g or fresh herb 10 g. Pour 30 to 50 ml of boiling water and soak ed for 10 minutes, using it before bed, 2 months as one therapy period.

Result: 56 patients, produced good result and no undesirable side effect.. [1]

頑固性失眠:用小薊乾品6g或鮮品10 克,放入杯中,用開水30~50ml浸泡10分鐘,睡前服,療程2個月。共治療56例, 療效確切,無不良反應。
