da huang mu dan pi tang

Application: acute appendicitis, infection of the organs in the pelvis area, salpingitis after salpingorrhaphy.

Prescription:

da huang 10 g, dong gua ren 6 g, mu dan pi 2.5 g, tao ren 2.5 g.

主治: 初期腸癰，右少腹疼痛拒按，按後抬手痛劇，甚至捫及腫塊，善屈右下肢，伸展時右少腹痛甚，小便自利，或時有寒熱，舌紅苔黃，脈滑數。

急性細菌感染性闌尾炎屬。附屬器炎、盆腔炎、輸卵管結紮術後感染等屬瘀熱結聚者。

　

  大黃牡丹皮湯 (金匱要略)

   大黃 10 克, 冬瓜仁 6 克, 牡丹皮 2.5 克, 芒硝 7 克, 桃仁 2.5 克.
