The son of Fragrant Qigong was found quilty of fraud and sentenced to imprisonment.
People court of Muslim Area, Luoyang City, found Tian Tongxin quilty of theft and sentenced him to 10 months of jail time and fined him RMB 10,000.
Tian Tongxin is the son of Tian Ruisheng, creator of Xiang Gong (Fragrant Qigong), who died in September 30, 1995 of liver cancer. His children buried him secretly and kept it as a secret and did not report it to their father's employer, the Luoyang Fuel & Construction Company and kept accepting the retirement benefit of their father, totaling RMB 13,717.90 (about 1,657.41 USD), during the period from September 30, 1995 to March of 1999.
