The so-called six evils refers to wind, cold, heat, wet, dry, fire collectively. If climate changes are abnormal, or too abrupt; exceeding a certain limit, and when the body can not adapt with with the changes, it can lead to the weakening of the immune system and occurrence of the diseases.

 

所謂六淫,是風、寒、暑、濕、燥、火六種外感病邪的統稱。如果氣候變化異常,太過或不及,或非其時而有其氣,以及氣候變化過於急驟;超過了一定的限度,使機體不能與之相適應的時候,身體的免疫系統會降低,而導致疾病的發生。
