Background of Self Control Qigong

Self Control Qigong was one of the physical education programs introduced in 1979 by the National Labor Union of People Republic of China.

Over the years, millions of people in China have trained in this qigong program. It proves that this program is effective in helping various diseases, especially in helping to treat cancer.

This qigong training method emphasizes the ability of human body to self adjust, self control, and self repair. So it is called Self Control Qigong.

This qigong training is based on the Daoist (philosophers) training method, and supplemented with Confucianism and Buddhist meditation methods. It is so claimed.
