Teaching Medical Qigong

 

 

1960-1962Operated an injury clinic in Medan, Sumatra.
1962-1963Practised injury medicine in Hong Kong.
1967-PresentTeaches medical qigong and practises qigong therapy at the Academy of Shaolin System in Redwood City, CA.
1994-2004Teaches qigong and continued education for registered nurses, provided by American College of TCM., in qigong  classes organized by City of Palo Alto.
1996Presented a paper on “Using Wai Qi and Qigong training to treat asthma by affecting the adreno-cortical hormone, cAMP and cGMP” at the World Medical Qigong conference, in Beijing, China.
1996 - 2003Teaches Medical Qigong and continued education for licensed acupuncturists and  registered nurses, provided by American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),  classes organized by City of Palo Alto.
1997Taught Qigong for SRI International, Menlo Park, CA.
1997Guest lecturer for the California Institute of Integral Studies Ph.D. class.
1997Medical Qigong instructor for the health improvement program at the Stanford Center for Research in Disease Prevention, Stanford University School of Medicine.
1998-presentTeaches qigong classes organized by Late Dr. Jennifer Prongos L.Ac, San Francisco, CA
