Get 5 packages of these herb for Tommy for his diarrhea.:
Rinse herb with cold water. Then soak for about 15 to 30 minutes.
First boil the herbs except the small package of yu xing cao with 800 c.c. of water.
Simmer for till 500 c.c. Add yu xing cao (in small package) during the last 5 minutes.
Make into 3 serving. Serve while warm. One prescription per day.
Editor's note: yu xing cao (in the small package) contains
evaporating oil and should not be heated too long.
先將各藥浸入冷水大約15～30分鐘。先煎穿心蓮和黃柏。
加水 800 c.c. 先煎穿心蓮和黃柏。煎至 500 c.c. 最後5分鐘，
加入魚腥草。（魚腥草含揮發油。不耐久煎）。
每日一劑。分三次溫服。
