Cytotoxicity is the quality of being toxic to cells. The 50% cytotoxic concentration (CC50)

was defined as the concentration required to reduce the cell number by 50% compared to

that for the untreated controls.

The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) is a measure of the effectiveness of a

substance in inhibiting a specific biological or biochemical function.

Anti carcinoma formula:

Administration of shi quan da bu tang (pronounced as Juzen-taiho-to in Japanese) prevent

hepatocellular carcinoma development.[3]

Anti cirrhosis herb:

xu chang qing ( Cynanchum paniculatum (Bge.) Kitag.)

"乙肝大三陽"

濟南中山肝病醫院權威肝病專家介紹說，乙肝大三陽是指在乙肝五項檢查中，
乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、
乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)、
乙肝核心抗體(抗 -HBc或HBcAb)
三項指標同時陽性。乙肝大三陽說明患者體內病毒數量較多，病毒復制活躍，

傳染性較強。如果被檢查者的血液檢查為“乙肝大三陽”，但沒有臨床症狀，

肝功能也正常，那麼他就不能被稱為乙肝病人，而只能說是乙肝病毒攜帶者

乙肝五項檢查分別是：

表面抗原(HBsAg)
表面抗體(抗HBs)
е抗原(HBeAg)
е抗體(抗HBe)
核心抗體(抗HBc），

乙肝五項又叫乙肝兩對半。

乙肝小三陽

所謂乙肝“小三陽”是指在乙肝的五項檢查 (“兩對半”) 檢查的五項指標中，

乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、

乙肝E抗體(HBeAb)

乙肝核心抗體(HBcAb)

檢測均是陽性。
