Anti carcinoma formula:

乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、
乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)、
乙肝核心抗體(抗 -HBc或HBcAb)
三項指標同時陽性。乙肝大三陽說明患者體內病毒數量較多，病毒復制活躍，傳染性較強。如果被檢查者的血液檢查為“乙肝大三陽”，但沒有臨床症狀，肝功能也正常，那麼他就不能被稱為乙肝病人，而只能說是乙肝病毒攜帶者

乙肝五項檢查分別是：1.表面抗原(HBsAg)2.表面抗體(抗HBs)3.е抗原(HBeAg)4.е抗體(抗HBe)5.核心抗體(抗HBc），乙肝五項又叫乙肝兩對半。

所謂乙肝“小三陽”是指在乙肝的“兩對半”檢查的五項指標中，

乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、

乙肝E抗體(HBeAb)

乙肝核心抗體(HBcAb)

檢測均是陽性。
