2) hydrolysis liquid acid is added to adjust the pH to 2 to 4, precipitated and filtered to give a precipitate;

3) organic solvent is added after drying of the precipitate dissolved, filtered, and the filtrate was added water crystals, after filtering obtained crystalline material, the crystalline material and then by vacuum drying madecassic acid products. The present invention hydroxy the asiatic acid product yield and purity, preparation of the product can be used as a drug substance or hydroxyl asiatic acid derivatives; process of the method is simple, required less investment. It is easy to  industrialize the process.

[技術摘要] 一種羥基積雪草甙鹼水解制備羥基積雪草酸的方法。方法的步驟如下：

• 1) 在無機鹼的水溶液中分批加入羥基積雪草甙原料，在 45～90℃下水解1～24h；

• 2) 水解液加入酸，調節pH值至2～4，沉澱後過濾，得沉澱物；

• 3) 沉澱物晾干後加入有機溶劑溶解、過濾，濾液加入水結晶，經過濾後得結晶物 ，結晶物再經真空干燥後得羥基積雪草酸產品。
