Present Day Applications:

For toothache: bi po 6 g, gao liang jiang 3 g, chuan jiao 25 g, sheng chuan wu 0.5 g, sheng cao wu 0.5 g, yang jin hua 0.2 g.  Add  100 cc of 75% alcohol. Soak for a week and add zhang nao (camphor) 2 g. Cover tightly. Ready for use. To apply: soak up some liguid with cotton ball. Bite between teeth. It will stop pain in one minute.

for cold and painful stomach, lack of appetite, vomiting, migraine, cold type of diarrhea, asthma. External usage: for toothache.

用于胃腹冷痛，食欲不振，腎寒，偏頭痛﹐嘔吐，寒瀉，哮喘。外治牙疼。

chronic cold type of diarrhea: bi po 9 g, mild 500 cc. Simmer down to 250 cc. Drink while warm. [a]  (do not use milk if patient is lactose intolerant).
