chan su wan

Name of Formula: chan su wan

Application:

Acute mastitis, cellulitis, suppuration of different parts of the body and acute infection.

Composition:

chan su, xiong huang, zhu sha, qing fen, han shui shi, ku fan, tong lu, wo niu, she xiang, dan fan, ru xiang, mo yao

Warning：

Do not overdose and not for long term usage. Do not use if the body is pixu (spleen deficient) or during pregnancy.

Note: dan fan (chalcanthite) can be toxic in external use.

蟾酥丸 《外科正宗》卷二。

【異名】蟾酥解毒丸(《醫林繩墨大全》卷九)

【組成】蟾 酥 6克(酒化)，輕粉 1.5克， 枯礬，寒水石 (煅)，銅綠，乳香，沒藥， 膽礬，麝香各3克，雄黃6克，蝸牛21個，朱砂9克。

【主治】：用於急性乳腺炎、蜂窩組織炎、全身各部的化膿性感染等屬於熱毒壅盛者。

【用量】：

水丸劑：重量1克，每次 2～4粒，每日2次。用蔥白湯或溫開水送眼。

外用研細，醋調敷患處，1日數次，乾後以水潤之。 或制成藥條插瘡口中，或做藥餅貼蓋瘡口。
 

【禁忌】
内服不可過量，或長期服用。體弱血虛， 脾虛 者及孕婦忌服。

外用不可入目。

外用可能有毒。
