chang qiang point GV1, Du1 長強穴 (in English and Chinese 中英文) Compiled by: Joe Hing Kwok Chu 朱興國編譯 chang qiang point GV1, Du1 Chang qiang literally means eternally strong. Location: chang qiang point is located midway between the tip of the coccyx bone and the anus. Indications: spermatorrhea, impotence, blood in the stool, hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, diarrhea, constipation, lumbar pain, convulsion, pain in tail bone, epilepsy etc. Now being used for hysteria, neuralgia of the waist Needling method: straight penetration 0.5 to 1 cun. Moxibustion can be used. 定位：長強是督脈之絡穴。在尾骨端下，當尾骨端與肛門連線的中點處。
主治：遣精，陽痿、便血、痔瘡、脫肛、泄瀉、便秘、腰脊痛、小兒驚風、尾骶骨痛、癇症等疾病。現多用於癔病，腰神經痛等
針灸法：直刺0.5～1 cun. 可以灸。
