High Potassium Food

Vegetables:broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, (including tomato juice or V-8 juice, tomato soup, pumpkin, asparagus, soybeans, cooked mushrooms, beans, (including lima beans, split peas, chick peas, most of pea family)
Roots:potato, yam
other foods:nuts, milk, molasses, salt substitutes (potassium used as replacement for sodium), chocolate
