肩髃穴 LI15 Jiān yú
[定位] 在臂外側，三角肌上，臂外展，或向前平伸時，當肩峰前下方向凹陷處。
[解剖] 有旋肱後動、靜脈；布有鎖骨上神經，腋神經。
[主治] 肩臂攣痛不遂，癮疹，瘰病。
[配伍] 配肩髎治肩臂疼痛。
[刺灸法] 直刺或向下斜刺0.8～1.5寸。
[附注] 手陽明經與陽蹺脈交會穴。
Shoulder Yu points the LI15 Jiān yú
[Position] on the lateral side of the arm, on the deltoid; or when the arm roll outward, or it is in in depression, in the front of the peak of the shoulder.
[Anatomy] humeral artery and vein; supraclavicular nerve, axillary nerve.
[Application] the shoulder and arm spasm pain fail to materialize, urticaria, scrofula disease.
[Combination points] combine with Jianliao for treatment of shoulder and arm pain.
Acupuncture and moxibustion] perpendicularly or obliquely downward from 0.8 to 1.5 inch.
[Note] hand yangming and yang qiao channel crossing points.
