Retrograde Ejaculation 逆行射精
Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during ejaculation.
A study was reported in 1974 by Stewart BH and Bergant JA on using phenylpropanolamine on diabetes patients to improve the function of smooth muscles to correct retrograde ejaculation.
Chinese herb therapy:
Pixu and shenxu: commonly used formula is liu wei di huang wan with adjustment: shu di huang , shan zhu yu , shan yao , fu ling , ze xie , dang shen, huang qi, gou qi zi, huang qi, 10 g each, sheng ma 2 g.
Meridian injury: commonly used formula is bu yang huan wu tang with adjustment: huang qi, dang gui tail 12 g each, chuan xiong, hong hua 8 g each, tao ren, ru xiang, mo yao 10 g each, chi shao yao, chuan shan jia 6 g each, di long 9 g.
於1974 年﹐Stewart BH 和 Bergant JA 报告，应用拟交感神经药去甲麻黄碱（phenylpropanolamine）改进平滑肌功能以治疗男性糖尿病患者的逆行射精。 [1]
中药治疗：
脾肾虚损。常用六味地黄汤加减：熟地、山药、茯苓、山萸肉、枸杞子、泽泻、党参、黄芪各10克，升麻2克。
经络损伤。常用补阳还五汤加减：黄芪、当归尾各12克，川芎、红花各8克，桃仁、乳香、没药各10克，赤芍、穿山甲各6克，地龙9克。
