川 貝 三 錢 ， 蘆 根 五 錢 ，板 藍 根 五 錢 ，

 

生 薑 五 錢 ，  北 杏仁 四 錢 。

 

If there is no ginger in the herb store. Buy some around the corner in

the Chinese market. Add 5 slices of ginger to the tea.

Cook with water for 45 minutes and use while warm.
