shen shu point BL23 腎俞穴

Shen shu point BL23 is located on the the foot taiyang bladder channel.

Location: Shen shu poin is located at the waist level, and at the same level of the navel on both sides of the spine at two fingers wide away from the spine. It is next to the second lumbar spine, 1.5-inch on both sides away from the spine.
 

腎俞穴位置在腰部，在和肚臍同一水平線的脊椎左右兩邊雙指寬處。
第二腰椎棘突旁開1.5寸處


 經 屬足太陽膀胱經
