Kirin Ginseng ,Tang Guai,Akabea fruit 木 通, Sparganium 三 棱 and Zedoaria rhizome, and the roots of Gentian Scute, Qin Jiao, and Persica seed
吉林人 參,當 歸,木 通,三 棱,莪 朮,龍膽草,秦艽,桃仁。
The list of herbs is awkward to read because the names listed are not uniformed. It consists of common used English names, one Chinese pinyin name, parts of botanical names, and pharmaceutical names.
I added links to the names if you want to look it up. The serious issues is the herb listed as Akabea fruit ( Akebia trifoliata).
Akabea fruit (木 通 )Although Akebia trifoliata is always listed as the plant of the herb mu tong but in reality this plant is rarely used except in some remote localities. Aristolochia manshuriensis (guan mu tong 關木通) is being used. Aristolochia is very toxic to the kidney. It created an international uproar because of many Europeans ended with kidney failure and many death. Many Chinese herb doctors do not know about it. They do not know the plant has been substituted since Qing dynasty, (since 1644 A.D.).
See this from U.C. Berkeley on Akebia trifoliata. End of the table mentioned the herb Akebia trifoliata and aritolochia acid.: http://potency.berkeley.edu/pdfs/FDAAristolochicAcidLetter.pdf
(Gentian 龍膽草),
(Kirin Ginseng (吉林人 參) Kirin (jilin) is a province in northeastern China where the cultivated ginseng is grown. The cultivated ginseng fetches lower prices but the production is much larger than the wild ginseng collected. The quality is good but not as strong as the old wild ones.
Pinyin name (Qin Jiao 秦艽),
Parts of botanical names (Persica seed 桃仁 Semen Persicae), (Zedoaria rhizome 莪 朮 Rhizoma Curcuma zedoaria )
三 棱
Scute is confusing. It is a common English word for the protective plate of scale like those of turtle shell 龜 板, or armadillo scale 穿 山 甲. If it is armadillo scales it is toxic for the kidneys but not as toxic as 木 通 Aristolochia
