Location: When the knee is flexed, the point is in the depression below the patella (knee cap) and to side of the patellar ligament.

Indication: pain in the knee joint, joint degeneration.

 

Note:

patellar ligament is a strong flat band that connects the apex of the patella to the tibia.

Tibia is the inner and larger of the two bones of the lower human leg, extending from the knee to the ankle.

 

犢鼻穴

 

定位:髕骨下緣,髕韌帶外側凹陷處。

主治:膝關節痛,骨關節退化。
