Name of formula: wu shao she xiao feng yin Application: chronic eczema or urticaria Composition: wu shao she 3 g (ground), can tui12 g, dang dui15 g, chi shao12 g, fang feng 10 g, jing jie10 g, di fu zi 18 g, chai hu 6 g, bai ji li10 g, gan cao 3 g. Cook with water and strain and use as tea. 藥方名：烏梢蛇消風飲 主治：慢性濕疹、蕁麻疹: 組成： 烏梢蛇3克（研末）、 蟬蛻12克 、當 歸15克、赤 芍12克、 防 風10克、荊 芥10克、地膚子18克、柴 胡 6克、白蒺藜10克、 甘 草 3克。 水煎服。
